Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

How are deliveries counted?

A notification can be sent to a user on multiple channels (unless smart delivery rules or a user preference drops a delivery on some channels). To count deliveries, we add up all the channels a user receives a notification on.

For example, if you send a notification to 100 users, all receive it in_app, but only 50 receive an email; we count that as 150 deliveries.

What happens when I reach my delivery limit?

Once you hit your plan's included limit, each additional delivery will be charged per use for the rest of the month. You can track deliveries on your Metrics page and view estimated charges on your Billing page.
